💫🤩FLOATING CHRISTMAS DÉCOR | An easy step-by-step guide using Firefly Wire Fairy Lights

If you’re looking to get crafty this Christmas and create mesmorising results with very little time or effort, look no further than our latest creation. Super effective and easy to do, this DIY is the perfect festive activity to get the whole family involved – get creative with water beads and our very own Firefly Wire Fairy Lights.

Things you’ll need to create your own floating festive decoration:

Step-by-Step:

1. Before you begin, find a large container and soak the gel beads in water for approximately 8 hours for the best outcome.

2. Take time to test that your battery lights are working correctly.

3. Once the beads are full-sized, start placing your wire lights into the largest cylinder. Weigh the wire down by adding a small number of beads into the bottom of the cylinder.

4. Continue adding beads, stopping in intervals to carefully place your decorations until the cylinder is just below full.

5. Carefully and slowly fill the cylinder with water up to the top.

6. Repeat this process for the two smaller cylinders, flick the switch and bask in the glow of your floating creations.
