COVID-19 update

Festive Lights understand the trust you place in us to deliver your quality, decorative lighting, and we take this responsibility incredibly seriously. Given the evolving COVID-19 situation, we wanted to update you with everything we’re doing, as this is clearly a worrying time for many people.

We wanted to reassure you that, along with customer satisfaction and happiness, the safety and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues is always our top priority. In light of the current situation, we’re carefully following the advice from the government and health authorities.

We’ve made a few changes to the way we operate as a business, with a focus on social distancing and some of our staff will be working remotely, but we’ll still be doing everything we can to put a smile on your face.

Everyone at Festive Lights is working tirelessly to ensure we continue to provide you with the high level of service and quality you’d expect from us, even during these challenging times. You’ll still be able to contact us via phone, email and through our live chat service, and our dedicated warehouse team are busy picking and packing your parcels – they’re just standing a little further apart these days!

We’re also working with our delivery partners to ensure that parcels are delivered in a safe and responsible way, for example through no-contact deliveries.

We really appreciate the feedback we’ve had from some of our customers, telling us that our products have helped make self-isolation a little less dull. Now’s the time to focus on the things that bring you joy, whether that’s beautifying your backyard whilst you’re spending more time at home, or turning your space into a cosy sanctuary, and we’re here to help.

COVID-19 Further Update – 02/04/2020

We understand that due to the COVID-19 outbreak it may be more difficult for you to return parcels. We will therefore allow returns up to 90 days after any damage/fault is reported. This applies from 23rd March 2020. For more information about our updated returns policy, please visit the Returns & Exchanges page.

We’ve been working with our delivery partners to make sure our deliveries are made as safely as possible for both you and our couriers. Through no-contact methods, you will not be asked to sign for deliveries, and couriers will maintain a safe distance from you at all times. Check out our Delivery Information for more details.
