COVID-19 update

As we enter this second nationwide lockdown, we want to take a moment to reassure you that we’re still open and keeping safe, and working to government guidelines. We understand the trust you place in us to deliver your quality, decorative lighting, and we take this responsibility incredibly seriously. Given the continuing COVID-19 concern, here’s an update on how we’re working hard to create the safest possible environment for our festive folk whilst continuing to bring you joy.

Along with customer satisfaction and happiness, the safety and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues are always our top priority. In light of the current situation, we’re carefully following the advice from the government and health authorities, and we’ve made a few changes to the way we operate as a business. We’ve completed a thorough Covid-19 risk assessment, we have stringent social distancing measures in place across all our sites, extra PPE and sanitising stations, increased operating hours so we can reduce the number of staff on site at any one time, and staff working from home where possible. We’ve also introduced a reduced contact collection point at our warehouse. Throughout all of this, our focus is still to do everything we can to put a smile on your face.

Everyone at Festive Lights is working tirelessly to ensure we continue to provide you with the high levels of service and quality you expect from us, even during these challenging times. You can still get in touch with us via phone, email and through our live chat service, and our dedicated warehouse team are busy picking and packing your parcels – they’re just standing a little further apart these days! We’re also continuing to work closely with our delivery partners to ensure that parcels are delivered in a safe and responsible way, for example through no-contact deliveries.

We really appreciate the feedback we’ve had from some of our customers, telling us that our products have helped make these dark times a little brighter. Now’s the time to focus on the things that bring you joy; on community spirit, kindness, sharing and wellbeing, and we’re here to help.
